Local Account Executive

(Full Time or Part Time)

 

The candidate should have knowledge of basic marketing concepts and a strong desire to succeed. The Account Executive will prospect new accounts, set appointments, meet with prospects to identify needs, have the ability to consult and convey solutions that are client results oriented and generate revenue for the station.
 

Knowledge of general computer tools including MS Office products a must. Outstanding verbal and written communications, organizational and negotiation skills, as well as a professional appearance are necessary.


REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Two to three years outside media sales experience and account engagement.

  •  A proven track record of success as a seller.

  •  Ability to effectively solve problems.

  •  Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

  •  A strong entrepreneurial spirit and strong self-managing disciplines are a must as we now work remotely.

Digital Account Executive

(Full Time or Part Time)

The Digital Account Executive will prospect new accounts, set appointments, meet with prospects to identify needs, have the ability to consult and convey solutions that are client results oriented and generate revenue for the station. The candidate should possess knowledge and subject matter expertise in OTT and CTV platform solutions and attribution. Knowledge of general computer tools including MS Office products a must. Outstanding verbal and written communications, organizational and negotiation skills, as well as a professional appearance are necessary.


REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Two to three years outside media sales experience and account engagement.

  •  A proven track record of success as a seller.

  •  Ability to effectively solve problems.

Director of Sales

KCWX-TV in beautiful San Antonio, TX is looking for a strong Director of Sales to lead our sales team. This position
requires an individual who possesses strong leadership skills and one who can direct our local sales team selling new
business and has a history of outstanding customer service. The candidate must have a successful track record in sales
management and staff recruitment.


Job Description:

  •  Manage and lead a high-performing sales team that meets or exceeds revenue goals.

  •  Develop sales strategies.

  •  Effectively manage sales operations, inventory, and effective pricing of inventory.

  •  Achieve strong performance of Local and National accounts.

  •  Manage and drive sales revenue by developing strong relationships with local clients.

  •  Achieve client results, client satisfaction, and ongoing client retention.

Requirements:

  •  3-5 years experience in Television sales management.

  •  Possess strong and positive leadership skills.

  •  Highly skilled leader, negotiator, and motivator.

  •  Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WideOrbit is a plus.

  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  •  Possess a history of exceeding revenue goals.


Additional responsibilities will include:

 

  •  Inventory Control and Pricing.

  •  Strategic planning.

  •  Creating and selling Sales Promotions.

  •  Knowledge of Comscore and Nielsen ratings services is a must.
