Karen Grace is a prominent and trusted figure in San Antonio’s media landscape. A seasoned journalist, she spent over a decade as an anchor at KENS5, where she quickly became a beloved face in local news. Known for her warm on-air presence, professionalism, and genuine connection with the community, Karen covered pivotal events and breaking news stories with compassion and accuracy. Her dedication to storytelling and her commitment to the people of San Antonio earned her the admiration of both colleagues and viewers alike.
After retiring from her role as a news anchor, Karen shifted her focus to education, serving as an adjunct professor in the Communications Department at both the University of the Incarnate Word and Our Lady of the Lake University. She earned her Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University in Chicago and holds a degree in Communication Arts and Psychology with a Minor in English.
Today, Karen continues to engage with San Antonio audiences as the host of Society with Karen Grace on KCWX2, a lifestyle show that celebrates fashion, food, culture, and the vibrant stories of the Alamo City. In addition to her role as a TV host, Karen is the owner and publisher of BOERNE Monthly Magazine/TV and serves as the CEO of Grace Star Media.
